I found it hard to choose which strain to review as I’ve tried all of them, however, my favourites are the Maeng Da as I use Kratom for pain relief, anxiety and mainly energy. Personal favourites so far are Thai Maeng Da, House Blend and Green Malay MD. Any red for an evening!

Great sample pack. I take kratom daily for cronic pain so have to switch up the strains to avoid buillding tolenernece too quickly and this allows me to do that. i have managed to get off of prescription pain medication(which built tolerance fast and stopped working) with this. it completly elivates my pain more so than the prescription medication.

I am a newbie to Kratom but thought I had researched enough to try the Maeng Da sample pack. I was looking for something to increase motivation and curb hunger. I am currently taking Citalopram for anxiety/depression and am a sugarholic. Day 1 – took 4g red indo maeng da (was unsure how much to take) which lead to me ending up in bed after a few hours feeling really ill. Day 2 – 1g a.m. 1g p.m white indo maeng da. Didn’t seem to have much of an effect. Day 3 – 2g a.m. 2g p.m. white indo maeng. This time motivated all day. Day 4 – day off. Day 5 – 2mg Malaysian green. Had to come home from work as so ill.
I think it’s going to take some time to find the right Kratom and strength. You really do need to do your homework and be really careful with the dose. I mixed the Kratom with Huel (nutritious shake) for a better taste.

This was my second order from KUK which I have to say are amazing for ordering to delivery, my first order was red Kratom which was very helpful with my knee pain, as they offered a sample of more I thought I would try the next few. All the Kratom has been made into OO capsules which hold around 500mg.
My favorite is the white the first day I took 4 capsules over a two hour period the first two eased the pain to a level I haven’t had for about 4years, the second two capsules and my pain was gone.
My second favorite is the thai, works just as fast but not as long as the white still only using 4 capsules over a two hour period and then pain was gone but needed to be topped up with some green later in the day.
The Malaysian green is good for all day use for me I can take about 6 capsules a day until around 4pm and my pain level is greatly reduced.
The green indo is a very slow working strain if I take 6 capsules a day that pain is reduced to a manageable level so I take this late in the day around an hour before bed and sleep like I have never done since I was in my 20’s.
The jeruk Is a good night time strain if you take it about an hour before bed you have a great restful night and then morning is more productive.
One thing I will say about all the strains is the way it works on the body both mentally and physically, I am now in my mid 50’s and worked with the general public for most of my working life, maybe it was the job or the people I came in contact with on a daily basis but I found myself somehow trapped inside my body like two people in the same body. I had little empathy or feeling for the people around me.
I have only been using Kratom regularly for about a month but I have more energy than before and I look forward to the daily routine of life and within myself something has changed. This is my new tonic for the person I want to be because I like the person I have become an so does my wife.

I tried the sample pack because I don’t normally take the maeng da strains, however I was very happy with the results – there’s a good mix of various veins. I find the red strains don’t usually work for me however the Red Indo included with this pack did have an effect.

As a new user of Kratom, I wouldn’t recommend a sample pack because each one has a different effect. I would suggest getting a green and a red one to start. Green for energy and focus, then red to relax at the end of the day. I have been taking Kratom for around 6 months now and I use it in place of SSRIs. Green, Yellow and Red all have a euphoric feeling and take the edge off of a depressive low mood, Green and Yellow help you be productive and Red helps with anxiety and sleep.
