Shipping & Delivery

All orders, whether within Europe or internationally, are fulfilled and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Germany.

We aim to dispatch all paid orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, including DPD or another authorised delivery partner, your order will be considered successfully delivered. Kratom UK cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the customer, or parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must remain unopened and in their original condition.
• Please contact us first with your order number before returning any items.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are normally processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including your original delivery charge and reasonable return postage costs.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If no fault is found, we reserve the right to refuse the claim or recover any associated costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, tampered with, partially used or damaged after delivery.

Customs & International Orders

Customers ordering outside Germany may be required to pay import duties, VAT or customs handling charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs regulations differ between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about import requirements.

The purchaser is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their destination country.
